Terms of use
The terms that apply when you use this website. They cover the website only — any work TOMBO does for you is governed by the terms agreed for that engagement.
01About these terms
These terms apply to your use of tombo.com.au (the “website”), operated by TOMBO Consulting (ACN 696 428 627, ABN 20 696 428 627). By using the website you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
02General information only
The website describes TOMBO’s services in general terms. It isn’t professional advice — including safety, health, legal, migration or regulatory advice — and it doesn’t take your circumstances into account. Please don’t rely on it in place of advice given within an engagement.
03Enquiries and engagements
Nothing on the website is an offer to provide services. Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a client relationship or commit either of us to proceed. Services are provided only on terms agreed with you for that engagement, and those terms govern the work.
Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information through the website before an engagement is in place.
04Using the website
You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or submit false or misleading enquiries.
05Intellectual property
The website’s content — including its text, design and code, the TOMBO name, the hexagon mark and the service names — is owned by or licensed to TOMBO Consulting.
You may view and print pages for your own reference, including to evaluate TOMBO’s services within your organisation. Otherwise, you may not copy, reproduce, adapt or republish the content, or use the TOMBO name or marks, without our written permission.
06Accuracy and availability
We aim to keep the website accurate and current, but we don’t guarantee that it is complete, accurate or up to date, or that it will always be available or free of errors.
07Links to other websites
Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
08Liability
To the extent permitted by law, TOMBO excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information sent through the website, and why the website sets no cookies.
10Changes to these terms
We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the website means you accept the version in force at the time.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. You and TOMBO submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia and the courts that can hear appeals from them.
12Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to tommy@tombo.com.au, or by post to TOMBO Consulting, 58A Winthrop Drive, Winthrop WA 6150, Australia.
